What we collect

• Your email address.
• The date and time you signed up, the consent wording you agreed to, and your approximate country (from your connection, not your exact location). We keep these as a record of your consent, as Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) requires.

We don’t use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels on this page.

How we use it

Only to email you launch news and updates from TwelveOne. We don’t sell or share your email with anyone else to market to you.

Where it’s stored

Sign-ups are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may process data outside Canada. If we later move the list to an email-sending service, it will be handled under the same terms.

Unsubscribe or delete your data

Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] at any time to withdraw consent, or to ask us to show you or delete what we hold. We’ll act on it within 10 business days.
